Restore your computer to peak performance in minutes!
You should read these repair methods if you get a corona Cad troubleshooting message on your PC. Corona® CAD® is an HPLC alarm that provides near universal detection in addition to quantitation. None of the traditional global HPLC detectors have lived up to their promise of combining application flexibility with real performance. HPLC with UV detection is a widely used and recognized analytical method.
Optimizing CAD Conditions
In order to get the lowest possible background values with some of the DEA washed columns, we have optimized the CAD conditions (i.e. smile eluate spraying, organic evaporation)solvents and precise correction of CAD data). Background levels were reduced by reducing the gas pressure in the nebulizer. However, the concentration of lipids in HepG2 cells was detected, while the signal-to-noise ratio remained unchanged despite the change in gas pressure in the nebulizer (data shown barely visible). Is it possible that such a constant signal-to-noise ratio is partly due to a decrease in spray efficiency? Therefore, this atomizer gas pressure was eventually adjusted to 62.2 psi, the new recommended level. Increasing the temperature of the dry water tube in lipid analysis, indicative of background HepG2 cells, gradually decreased the values while maintaining the ratio of lipid class signals. On the other hand, it was found that the intensity of the peaks corresponding to the elution of DG classes and cholesterol decreased with increasing temperature in the drying tube (Fig. 2). We investigated this menopause with synthetic standards DG 18:0-20:4 and cholesterol. Increasing the temperature of the drain tube did not reduce the intensity ofThere is a DG of 18:0–20:4, but cholesterol levels dropped sharply by about 16 times (Supplementary Figures S3B–D). Wervoort from more al. (22) reported that the system of some compounds changed similarly to the temperature of the ELSD dry tube in the assay. This indicates a decrease in the reaction due to the thermal destruction of the compounds during evaporation. However, cholesterol levels can be easily and unambiguously determined by tests (eg biochemical analysis) and do not need to be measured with the SFC-CAD. It has been suggested that, as with cholesterol levels, unexpected compounds are removed during evaporation even if they are eluted along with the target lipid class. Therefore, the temperature of the drying tube was raised to 95°C, which was about the maximum value for a CAD tool.
