    I’m getting the following because you actually got an error. I’m moving my website from local to a host machine’s website. My virtual directory is already assigned as an application. I have created additional web.config files of my own in subdirectories for roles, although mine Gadget key information is contained only in the root web.config file. already I have checked my virtual directory and it is a very good app as configured.
